Even more exciting was that treating the seeds with a biopreparation called Bioarsenal before planting also helped boost pigment levels, especially when combined with the herbicide and growth regulator. The best results showed that pigment levels could increase by up to 40% compared to untreated plants. This means that with the right combination of treatments, farmers can protect their sorghum plants and even improve growth.
