Draft Day Dreams: Who's Going Where in the 2025 NFL Draft?
USAMonday, March 31, 2025
The Falcons signed Leonard Floyd, but they need a younger presence on the edge. Mike Green from Marshall has the production and physical traits to make an impact. The Cardinals signed Josh Sweat, but Jalon Walker from Georgia is too good to pass up. He's a versatile player who can play both linebacker and edge rusher.
The Bengals need help on the defensive interior, and Derrick Harmon from Oregon could be the answer. He's a disruptor who can stop the run and get after the quarterback. The Seahawks need help on the offensive line, but Tetairoa McMillan from Arizona is a big-bodied wideout who can complement Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
The Buccaneers have Lavonte David, who can teach Jihaad Campbell from Alabama how to be an NFL linebacker. Campbell can also be used in pass-rushing situations. The Broncos have Bo Nix, who will love having Omarion Hampton from North Carolina in the backfield. He's a bruising runner who can help the offense.
The Steelers might sign Aaron Rodgers, which would relieve the pressure of drafting a quarterback. Adding Luther Burden III from Missouri gives them much-needed depth at wide receiver. The Chargers land Jahdae Barron from Texas, who won the Jim Thorpe Award as the best defensive back in college football.
The Packers add Donovan Ezeiruaku from Boston College, who has developed under former head coach Jeff Hafley, now the Packers' defensive coordinator. The Bills trade up to add Nick Emmanwori from South Carolina, a versatile player who can help their defense. The Texans might take an offensive lineman, and Josh Simmons from Ohio State could be the best tackle in the class despite coming off knee surgery.
The Rams have Matthew Stafford, but they need to plan for the future at quarterback. Shedeur Sanders from Colorado could be the answer. The Ravens get Malaki Starks from Georgia, a great defensive back who can pair with Kyle Hamilton. The Lions get Tyler Booker from Alabama, a tough player who fits Dan Campbell's style.
The Commanders have addressed their biggest needs via trades and free agency, and now they go for James Pearce Jr. from Tennessee, a talented edge rusher. The Vikings need help on the offensive line, and Grey Zabel from North Dakota State could be the answer. The Chiefs need to address the interior of their defensive line, and Kenneth Grant from Michigan could be the solution.
