Sunday, January 5, 2025
Now, you might be thinking, "Well, what does matter then? " That's a great question! This study doesn't give us all the answers, but it does hint that there might be other factors at play. Maybe it's not just about the donor, but also about the recipient and how well the transplant is integrated.
One thing to keep in mind is that this study only looked at certain outcomes. It didn't delve into every possible factor that could affect the success of an OCA transplant. So, while donor age and sex might not be deal-breakers, there could still be other things to consider.
