The way doctors and nurses do their job has changed a lot lately. The Covid-19 pandemic forced the healthcare world to quickly move towards  digital technology. Now, nurses know more about using video calls for check-ups. Doctors are a lot more comfortable with using video conferencing for group meetings. This change has brought about some unexpected issues We should not be surprised that this has changed the way professionals work together and their roles. This raises some questions. How are they working together using the new technology.  Will the use of digital technology in healthcare lead to changes in power balance.  What challenges might we face in the near future.

The rapidly growing level of digital technology in healthcare has changed how people do their jobs this change is a must, not a choice? . Healthcare workers are trying to find the best way to work with this digital technology without ruining their professional roles.  Even now it is normal to expect video calls and apps in daily life young people  feel comfortable with these technologies, but the doctors did not.  This has led to young people managing how to use even the heaviest of the systems and setting up video calls for older people, sometimes even parents and guardians.

Sometimes, there are problems with using digital tools. Sometimes, doctors and healthcare providers might feel powerless.  There may also be resistance from the people providing health care.   Digital working has the potential to change healthcare. Will they not be as good at their job unless they fit into using the new technologies.  At the moment the older workers are unhappy and trying to avoid the challenges.  If this feeling stays the same with little change, then the quality of care might go down.

Now, we are doing things differently, new patterns of work have emerged. The way we work with each other and how we interact with patients have been altered. This is different from the way it used to be and the new challenges.  Work in the past is not the same anymore but it is a shifting  change making us feel not sure.

This means that emergencies are treated differently and new practices have formed. Teamwork and how roles and responsibilities are handled are now different.  Relations are different and there is a shift in the power balance.  Eventually it might be better for people to be digital!  This is a topic that needs to be discussed again and again.

The digital world does have a lot of promise.   If we use this technology well we can change the game for the better.  We just need to figure out how to work with it.  There are lots of things to expand on to talk about health knowledge. We are going to see a lot going on, but it all starts with the implementation of the new technologies.

It is important to explore these issues. Tensions within the healthcare system must be addressed, along with how the use of digital elements is changing.  There are both positives and negatives to the digital story.  The key is to look at everything in an organized way.  There are differences in everything; this is just the next stage of evolution The positives and negatives will be seen by being thoughtful with the adoption of new technologies.

New challenges in healthcare have brought about a new way of thinking. The healthcare industry is trying to sort through this. If we look carefully, the answer will appear. The primary goal is not in  locking down on one method, but being flexible in our approach and looking at the positives and negatives as we move forward.
