Democrats Need Street Smarts, Not Ivory Towers

The 2024 election is over, and Democrats need to face the music. We often get in our own way with too much emotional sensitivity and political correctness. Instead of taking action, we're stuck in endless debates. This isn't working anymore. Americans want leaders who are strong and decisive. Democrats have been focusing too much on analysis and not enough on doing. We need leaders who can fight a bully like Trump, not just avoid conflict. Taking the high road isn't always the best strategy.

Our party has been too elite for too long. We've valued degrees over real-world experience. This has alienated working-class Americans. They want leaders who understand their struggles, not just talk about them. Trump's "try, fail, try again" image resonates with voters because he seems relatable. Democrats need to change our approach. We need to stop talking and start doing. We need to show that we value all experiences and can take tough decisions. If we don't, we'll keep losing.
