Court: Man's Heated Divorce Led to Deadly Crowd Attack

Officials promised to scrutinize personal disputes, including marital issues and inheritance feuds. Just weeks prior, another driver in Hunan province hurt 30 people, mostly students and their parents. This driver received a suspended death sentence, which typically gets commuted to life imprisonment. Fan's sentence came swiftly after these recent events, highlighting the severity and swift justice system in action.
