The sex trafficking charges against Combs are severe, with allegations of "Freak Offs," orgies that he organized, forcing women to participate in drug-fueled, days-long sexual marathons with male prostitutes. Drugs were used to keep the victims compliant, and Combs allegedly filmed the sessions and masturbated to them. His employees allegedly helped organize the events, booking hotel rooms, arranging travel, and providing supplies.
