Rathdrum is constructing a city hall that echoes the silhouette of a nearby mountain, as revealed by architect Marcus Valentine during a ceremonial unveiling. The event featured a beam crowned with an American flag and a small tree—an homage to old Scandinavian customs that honor the land.
