DIGI America, a company that supplies tech tools to big stores like Costco and Walmart, is moving in and will use 21, 017 square feet to store supermarket scales, wrapping machines, and other retail gadgets.

Big companies like to set up shop in places like this because they need space that works hard for them. The building checks all the boxes: easy highway access, plenty of parking, and a design that keeps operations smooth. Experts say the demand for top-tier industrial spaces in Somerset County is strong, and this deal proves it. A leasing executive pointed out that the building’s quality and location make it a smart move for businesses that need room to grow. Behind the scenes, real estate teams handled the paperwork. Denholtz, which has been in the game since the 1950s, manages billions in assets across the country. Brokers on both sides—one for the landlord, one for the tenant—made sure the lease went through without a hitch.
