Big Companies Fall Short on Family Support

Large companies, especially, should be open about these policies. They should offer equal leave for all parents, not just mothers. But some offer only the bare minimum required by law. It's surprising that these same companies are quick to jump into debates over family issues, like abortion. This can alienate customers and employees. It's important for companies to support all family choices, not just one. Employees deserve better support for raising families while keeping their careers on track.
