Even the turf comes from the same company that did the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field. The goal is to help young players improve their skills with high-quality lessons and equipment. Memberships start at $125 a month, but the best package costs $2, 168 every six months. Even retired MLB players like Matt Reynolds think it’s great. The facility hopes to attract players from nearby areas like Park Cities and Lakewood.

Broyles wanted to solve the problem of finding good practice spots for his Texas Travelers youth baseball team. He designed the place to be fun for kids and convenient for parents.
