The Apple Watch 10 is here, but its most hyped feature - sleep apnea detection - won't be available at launch. Apparently, the FDA hasn't given it the green light yet.

While this might seem like a risky move on Apple's part, they must be pretty confident that approval is imminent, given how heavily they promoted the sleep apnea functionality during the event.
