If the Jets move on from Rodgers, Davante Adams, who was traded from the Raiders to the Jets in 2024, might also leave.  Rodgers is a key player in the NFL. He is a big part of the football game. He has a lot of experience. Players like Davante Adams will be very good for a team that has a lot of experience.  The Jets will have a new quarterback for the 2025 season.
