A 37-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit in New York, claiming she was raped by Sean "Diddy" Combs at a party in 2000 after the MTV Video Music Awards. The lawsuit mentions an unnamed "male and female celebrity" who were present and involved. This new legal action is one of many alleging sexual misconduct at Combs' events, sparking curiosity and frustration about who the unnamed celebrities might be. The woman, known as Jane Doe in the court documents, says she was brought to the party by a driver working for Combs and alleges that he and the other celebrities sexually assaulted her.

The lawsuit also claims that Combs tried to force the woman to perform oral sex, but she resisted. The case is part of a set of lawsuits filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee on behalf of several alleged victims spanning from 2000 to 2021. Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal criminal charges and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
