They're building a unique facility just for sports car owners, set to break ground soon. These aren't your typical garages; they're "condos" ranging from 1, 000 to 2, 000 square feet. Each one comes with a steel mezzanine, full utilities, and an epoxy-finished floor. The best part? You can hang out with fellow car enthusiasts all year round, no matter the weather. Michael Holigan, Maranello's CEO, envisions this place as a community hub for serious car collectors. Prices start at $600, 000 and go up to $1. 35 million. And if that's not enough space, you can combine units to create your own personal suite.

Holigan, a Dallas real estate developer with a passion for motorsports, plans to host car shows and special events. Already, 20% of the units are sold out. This comes as no surprise, given Plano's growing population and thriving business scene. Dallas, after all, is home to over 68, 600 millionaires and ranks as the sixth wealthiest city in the U. S. Each garage condo will feature smart heating and air conditioning controlled by an app, along with glass garage doors that open into the interior. The facility will boast a 13, 000 square foot lounge and a 60, 000 square foot open-air area for events. Located at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane, the facility spans 200, 000 square feet on over 11 acres of land. It's expected to be ready by spring 2026.
