A Grandson's Warning: Donald Trump and the Threat to Jewish Safety
New York, USAWednesday, October 30, 2024
Trump has a history of making antisemitic remarks. He blames Jews for his losses and has dinner with people who support the Great Replacement theory. Under his presidency, there was a significant increase in antisemitic acts. Graves were desecrated, and lives were lost in a Pittsburgh synagogue.
Some might argue that Trump moved the U. S. Embassy to Jerusalem, showing support for Israel. But that's not enough to overlook his antisemitic remarks. The U. S. and Israel are two different countries with their own interests. A president should not blindly follow another country's interests.
In a few days, we'll elect a new president. I believe Kamala Harris, with her support for Israel and her commitment to keeping the U. S. a safe place for Jews, is the better choice. Donald Trump, on the other hand, might not be there for you when you need him the most.
